- All holiday homes are fully equipped with fridge, cooker, microwave and colour TV.
- Beds are supplied with duvets and pillows, all you need to bring are towels,tea-towels, duvet covers, sheets and pillowcases.
- Alternatively bed linen and towels may be hired (see below).
- ALL PRICES ARE INCLUSIVE OF GAS AND ELECTRICITY.
- Bed Linen Hire £8.00 per set
- DVD player and 2 films £7.00 per holiday
- Cots £10.00 per holiday
- High chairs £5.00 per holiday
- Extra car/trailer £15.00 per week
- Towels £9.00 per set
- Patio furniture available for hire £10.00 per week (table and 4 chairs)
- Dogs: £18.00 per dog per week
- PETS MUST NOT BE LEFT UNATTENDED IN THE HOLIDAY HOMES AND OWNERS MUST ADHERE TO THE PARK RULES.

CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
General
ALL VISITORS MUST REPORT TO RECEPTION ON ARRIVAL.
VEHICLES MAY NOT OPERATE COMMERCIALLY WHILE ON THE PARK.
SPEED LIMIT: Please observe the park speed limit of 5 mph.
DRIVING: Persons driving on the park must hold a full current driving licence and have a minimum of Third Party Insurance
NOISE: No loud noises, loud radios or unreasonable behaviour. This is a quiet family site and we wish it to remain so.
DISCLAIMERS: The Proprietors reserve the right to refuse any booking application or to terminate accommodation at their absolute discretion. The Proprietors shall not be liable in the event of accommodation or other advertised facilities or amenities being unavailable due to circumstances beyond their control. The Proprietors disclaim all liability for injury to persons, or loss; or damage in respect of personal property, equipment, vehicles, valuables or cash.
REFUNDS: Regretfully refunds in whole or in parts cannot be made in any circumstances and our visitors are strongly advised to insure against possible cancellation of their holiday due to unforeseen circumstances.
HOLIDAY HOMES
Bookings are from 3pm on arrival day until 10.00am on departure day
Our holiday homes are 26ft, 28ft and 30ft x 10ft wide, 28ft and 35ft x 12ft wide.
AGE LIMITS: Bookings are not accepted from persons under 18 or parties of young people. No all male or female parties accepted.
SHORT BREAKS: Are available - subject to availability and are charged at 1/5 of the weekly rate.
TOTAL NUMBER of persons must not exceed the number of stated berths, babies count as one person. Anyone found to be
overcrowding a holiday home will be asked to leave immediately with no refund.
PARENTS of young children are requested to protect our bedding as if it were their own, we will have to charge for soiled
mattresses. Waterproof covers available at no extra cost.
EQUIPMENT such as seating, blankets and pillows MUST NOT be taken out of the holiday homes and all breakages / damage
must be paid for.
CARS may be parked on the grass outside the caravan, extra cars, trailers, etc., parked as directed by the Proprietors.
PETS: Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement at a weekly rate, OWNERS should provide a basket or rug, dogs are NOT
allowed on the holiday home cushions or bedding. Pets MUST NEVER BE LEFT UNATTENDED IN THE HOLIDAY HOMES, they
must be kept on a lead at all times and exercised off the park. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dog.

Only those persons registered on booking form to occupy a holiday home.
Late arrivals accepted up to 6.00pm or by prior arrangement.
