Terms & Conditions

• Vehicles may not operate commercially while on the park.
• Speed Limit - Please observe the park speed limit of 5 mph.
• Driving - Persons driving on the park must hold a full current driving licence and have a minimum of Third Party Insurance.
• Noise - No loud noises, loud radios or unreasonable behaviour.
• Disclaimers - The Proprietors reserve the right to refuse any booking application or to terminate accommodation at their absolute discretion. The Proprietors shall not be liable in the event of accommodation or other advertised facilities or amenities being unavailable due to circumstances beyond their control. The Proprietors disclaim all liability for injury to persons, or loss; or damage in respect of personal property, equipment, vehicles, valuables or cash.
• Refunds - Regretfully refunds in whole or in parts cannot be made in any circumstances, and our visitors are strongly advised to insure against possible cancellation of their holiday due to unforeseen circumstances.

Holiday Caravans

• Age Limits: Bookings are not accepted from persons under 18 or parties of young people.
• Total number of persons must not exceed the number of stated berths, babies count as one person.
• Parents of young children are requested to protect our bedding as if it were their own, we will have to charge for soiled mattresses. Waterproof covers available at no extra cost.
• Equipment such as seating, blankets and pillows must not be taken out of the caravan, and all breakages/damage must be paid for.
• Cars may be parked on the grass outside the caravan, extra cars, trailers, etc., parked as directed by the proprietors. Only one car is allowed per caravan. If you are bringing more than one you MUST inform us at the time of booking. Additional cars will be charged for and we will ask you to remove cars from site that have not been pre-booked.
• Pets: See  Pets at Chiverton  Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement at a weekly rate, OWNERS should provide a basket or rug, dogs are not allowed on the caravan cushions or bedding. Dogs MUST NEVER BE LEFT UNATTENDED IN THE CARAVANS, they must be kept on a lead at all times and exercised off the park. Owners are responsible for cleaning up any "accidents".
• We cannot guarantee a pet free caravan unless you specify this at the time of booking.

Touring and Camping

• Bookings: Advance booking is advisable for the months of July and August.
• Age Limits: Bookings are not accepted from persons under 18 or parties of young people.
• Pets: See Pets at Chiverton Dogs are accepted at a small charge nightly. Dogs must never be left unattended in caravans or tents, they must be kept on a lead at all times and exercised off the park. Owners are responsible for cleaning up any "accidents".
• Late Arrivals: Accepted up to 6.00 pm.
• Departures: Pitches must be vacated by midday on the day of departure.
• Conservation: Please avoid digging, burning the grass or wheelspin on the park.
